Beyond expectations

Aloo Golbi is one of our go-to's when ordering from our favourite Indian restaurant, so thought I'd give this a try. I expected it'd be different than what we're used to ordering, but I wasn't expecting it to be so good. Very pleased with how it turned out and recommend it.

The best!

One of the best spice powders I have ever used. A big fan of Tadka masala as well.

Aloo Gobi

A friend of mine knows I like to cook (and eat!) Indian dishes so she brought me your Aloo Gobi package from her visit to Canada (St. Lawrence Market). I have made Aloo Gobi before, but the perfect combination of spices and the recipe directions (fry the potatoes first !!!), made for the best Aloo Gobi I have every had - biased view I know, but my dinner guests agreed. Without the spice package I have attempted to replicate the recipe - just not the same. I am moving back to Canada soon (weeks, otherwise I would be ordering online) and I am going to stock up on all of your spices and make all of your delicious recipes. Thanks for the spices, thanks for the recipes, and thanks for the tips.
