Fantastic!

I made these with beef (regular grind) and formed them into keftas on skewers. It was pretty rainy out so I cooked them in the oven on a broiler pan and they came out beautifully. Tried them again, this time on the barbecue, and they were outstanding. It may be helpful to chill the patties/skewers once formed so that they retain their shape and don't break when cooking.
Great recipe!

Fantastic flavour!

These are the best chicken burgers I ever made. So full of flavour! Ate them with the red lentil daal. Both recipes are hits with my family.

Chicken Meatballs

I make these into turkey or chicken meatballs, freeze and pop them into soups in the winter time. I added that curry flavor and are delicious and sooo easy to make.

Delicious!

These are a delicious alternative to standard beef beef burgers with lots of flavour. Made these especially for some people that don't eat beef with a couple of extra for the beef eating guests to sample. Based on the comments, we should have just made a whole batch of these instead! You don't even need many toppings, but a chutney doesn't hurt.
