Chicken Biryani Seasoning
Biryani is a one pot meal containing rice and meat or in some cases vegetables. Biryani is not a food I grew up eating in my home as a child. I was introduced to it in weddings and restaurants. The way it is made is different in every region of India. I love the way rice absorbs the flavours from the meat marinade and becomes so soft and the meat is fall off the bone. Traditionally it is a long and complicated process. I have been working on making a no fuss Chicken Biryani recipe for a while. Finally i have it and want share with you all.
This product contains enough seasoning for 8 portions of this dish. The recipe is on the back of the pouch for 4 servings(using half of the pouch). you can use the whole pouch for service for 8 and double all ingredients.
