Use this seasoning to make authentic Indian Daal or lentil soup. This seasoning works with any type of lentil, but we recommend red lentils as they cook the fastest. This dish can be eaten as a soup or poured over rice for a delicious curried lentil rice bowl! 

The seasoning contains 20 different spices that have been roasted, ground and blended in the right proportions. This product is gluten and sugar free.
