Mango Lassi (Yogurt Smoothie)


Mango lassi is a refreshing yogurt based smoothie that is perfect for the summer. This drink is only as good as the mangoes you use in it, so make sure you choose the best mangoes you can find.
Makes about 5 servings | Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 0 min

Ingredients:
  • 2½ cups ripe mango (peeled and chopped - about 2 to 3 mangoes)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cups ice
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ water (or more depending on your preference)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
Directions:
  1. Peel and chop mangoes.
  2. Then add all ingredients to a blender and blend at high speed until mixture is smooth. If you find it too think simply add more water until the desired consistency is achieved.
