This packet of spices is packed with amazing flavour. We have not been in a restaurant since March so I am trying my best to change up meals. Never made anything like this before. Tonight my husband loved his Indian meal. Wish I had some naan bread but he was dipping his bun in there like crazy. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, I added Thai chiles and potatoes which made the sauce so creamy and spicy. It is such a wonderful base to do what you like to it.
Can't wait to try the curry chicken.

I'd never had Chana Masala before, but after immensely enjoying the Daal, I decided to try this. This is so incredibly easy to make and is super delicious. It has become a weekly staple in our home. I also add 2 finely chopped medjool dates when I'm cooking down the tomatoes to add a touch of sweetness. So good!

This was the best Chana Masala I've ever had! It was very easy to prepare! It makes quite a bit so I halved the spice package & worked just fine.

My husband doesn't like chickpeas so I chose this on purpose! Great flavour and I got to keep it all to myself! 😁
